Ketia Bradley, EdD, Founder and CEO, Ivy Beauty Institute
Ketia Bradley, EdD, is a visionary leader, educator, and entrepreneur with an extensive background spanning nursing, esthetics, counseling, and higher education leadership. As the developer of the Collin College Esthetics Programs and the Founder and CEO of Ivy Beauty Institute, she is redefining excellence in vocational and holistic beauty education through innovation, research-based teaching, and leadership development.
A licensed esthetician and nurse with over two decades of experience, Dr. Bradley also holds advanced credentials in anger management, marriage and family therapy, and trauma-focused counseling. Her work as a national award-winning program and curriculum developer has led to the creation of multiple accredited academic programs that have achieved 100 percent student success and industry placement rates.

Jenn Lyles is an award-winning marketing and communications professional with an expertise in vocational school marketing and lead generation marketing. She's helped schools across the country grow dramatically with her millennial and Gen Z expertise. She currently serves as the executive director of Beauty Schools Marketing Group, where she helps beauty schools grow with qualified leads and admissions coaching.
Carrie Perkins, Trainer and Skin care Professional, Qnity
Carrie Perkins brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, education, and coaching within the professional beauty industry. Most recently, Perkins spent several years as Director of Student Experience and Training at Inspire Aveda, focusing on elevating education, supporting students, and developing trainers and leaders throughout the organization. Prior to joining Inspire Aveda, Perkins served as Director of Coaching at Qnity, where she worked closely with salon and spa owners across the country to strengthen leadership, engagement, growth, and execution.
A former multi-location salon and spa owner and practicing esthetician, Carrie understands both the creative and business sides of the industry. She is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and an active solopreneur, grounding her work in real-world experience.
Lydia Sarfati is a visionary leader and the dynamic CEO of cosmetics company Repêchage, blending her extensive expertise in business and cosmetology. With a prestigious CIDESCO diploma in hand, Sarfati has dedicated her life to the art of beauty, pioneering innovative products and facial treatment developments that empower individuals to feel their best.
Beyond her entrepreneurial spirit, Sarfati’s passion for opera, reading, and writing reflects her belief in the power of creativity and education. As a mentor, she inspires the next generation of beauty professionals, leaving an indelible mark on the industry and nurturing a legacy of excellence.
Maggie Staszcuk, Program Director, ASCP
Maggie Staszcuk has been a licensed esthetician since 2006 and is the program director for Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP). With nearly two decades of experience in the beauty industry, her career spans spa and medical esthetics, curriculum design, instructor training, and school leadership. Prior to ASCP, she directed education for a prominent esthetics school in Colorado, where she supported both instructor development and student success.
Maggie works closely with estheticians, schools, and industry partners to create education and resources that strengthen professional growth across the field. She also cohosts ASCP Esty Talk and The Rogue Pharmacist podcasts, where she bridges skin science, real-world practice, and practical business strategy for today’s esthetics professionals.
Sherrie Tennessee, PhD, CHE, Director of Education, SpaSOS
Sherrie Tennessee combines scientific expertise from Johns Hopkins University with over 20 years in wellness and hospitality. A former researcher turned wellness innovator, she’s worked as a massage therapist, spa owner, and educator. With three published books and a PhD in hospitality administration specializing in wellness tourism and technology, she bridges traditional hospitality with modern wellness approaches through publications, speaking engagements, and collaborations with prestigious organizations.
